Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in new areas of knowledge economy are growing whilst older economies in mining, energy, industry, and services are reaching saturation. Venture capital, government programs, corporates and self-help groups actively encourage SME entrepreneurs and technocrats to create useful products, services, and jobs.  Even buying and procurement habits have changed to leasing, outsourcing and engaging on DBO models.

We are keen to facilitate new ventures and SMEs in the specific areas of resource management and hobby economy sectors.  Community development projects in fringe suburbs for sustainable management of water, forests and cultural resources that entail application of technology and co-investing models are of particular interest to us.

The hobby economy sector, especially in arts/crafts, organic farming, social services and conservation of local heritage sites, provides avenues for creative endeavours and appeals to the strong sense of volunteering amongst the retired professionals who are experienced and talented – we aspire to deploy our venturing and technical skills by enabling enterprises, attract investments and access markets to convert hobbies into viable businesses.

We would like to be part of this value chain and bring high-end tendering, program management and contracting skills to enable ventures in these areas, which will enhance employment and conserve resources. By raising funds from corporate & capital markets and engagements with local governments and NGOs, we also wish to create story capsules in the social media to raise awareness on issues and demonstrate how specific ventures are able to minimize hurdles, prevent losses and improve the quality of life.

In essence, enabling businesses to venture into untapped and emerging markets is the vision and mission of our enterprise.
