In the life cycle of a project, there is a stage where the project is intended but not yet conceived; a thought is there but the vision still is unformed. We find ourselves most valuable to a project/ client when we can help the envisioning process, make it happen faster, less ambiguous, cost-effective and most essentially non-taxing for the developers/ investors.

At the inception of the project and in subsequent stages of project development, we engage with the owners to develop a high-level integrated masterplan and concept designs for varying genre of developments to provide the basic definition of the intended real estate for financial feasibility, selection of optimal project typology, phasing, assets, and capacitation considerations.  The process from there on is simple and pre-manifested.

In co-investing with our clients and demonstrate SV's commitment to the project, we typically deliver the initial works spanning over four to six weeks as non-chargeable engagement for developing the basic project outline (refer illustration below).

The extent of our engagement on A&E projects may entail assisting the client in finding a suitable assemblage of consulting and contracting teams. Alternatively, should our services be required, we can deliver the project from start to finish. The illustration shows how we perceive and undertake any A&E engagement.

Our team is well versed with the most recent sustainability practices and certifications and have executed projects with such features/ value adds and certifications in Oman and India.
